How Our Route Program Works

Assigned Stops & Times

Each rider is assigned to a specific bus, stop location, and pick-up/drop-off time. We keep buses on a strict schedule to reduce delays and keep families informed.

Dedicated Drivers

Drivers are trained, licensed, and background-cleared under Broward County Public Schools standards. Buses are inspected every 30 days to meet safety requirements.

Ridership Tracking

Attendance is recorded on every route, every day—supporting safety, accountability, and FTE reporting requirements throughout the year.

GPS & Live Monitoring

All active route vehicles are GPS-equipped. Our dispatch team monitors location, timing, and any unexpected delays in real time.

Communication With Families

We believe parents should never feel “in the dark” about transportation.

Parents and schools have direct access to our dispatch team for urgent support.
Families receive route assignments and updates (stop changes, schedule adjustments, etc.) by email.
Schools receive ridership reports and attendance records upon request.
