General Transportation Questions

What schools does E2E Transportation serve?
E2E Transportation proudly provides services to Franklin Academy (K–12 Pembroke Pines) and various Broward County public and charter schools.
How long has E2E Transportation been in operation?
We’ve been serving families since 2015, originally as World of Kids Transportation. In 2024, we rebranded to E2E Transportation to reflect our growth and commitment to excellence.
Is E2E an approved Broward County school bus vendor?
Yes. E2E Transportation is a fully approved and insured vendor with the School Board of Broward County.
How are your drivers qualified?
All E2E drivers complete Level II background checks, dexterity exams, drug/alcohol testing, and ongoing safety training as required by Broward County Public Schools.
How often are buses inspected?
Every 30 days, all E2E buses are inspected by Broward County to ensure full compliance with safety standards.

Parent & Student Information

How do I request transportation for my child?
Parents can complete the Route Inquiry Form on our website or email route@e2etransportation.com to check availability.
What if my child misses the bus?
If a student misses the bus, the parent/guardian is responsible for transportation that day. For safety reasons, drivers cannot stop once the bus departs.
How can I find my child’s bus stop and pick-up time?
Stop locations and times are assigned based on school, address, and route availability. This information will be provided once registration is complete.
What should my child do if they lose an item on the bus?
Please contact route@e2etransportation.com or call 754-224-6914 with the route color, bus number, and item description.
What happens if my child needs to be dropped off at a different location?
Alternate drop-offs are not permitted to ensure student safety.

School & Scheduling

How are routes determined?
Routes are created based on school enrollment, student addresses, and ridership data. We use advanced routing software to ensure efficiency and safety.
How will I be notified of route changes or delays?
Parents receive notifications via email. Schools also receive updates directly from our dispatch center.
What time should students arrive at the bus stop?
Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
What happens if a bus is delayed?
Delays are communicated through our dispatch line and, when applicable, through parent notifications.
